Ventura Rossi represents employers and employees in a wide range of employment matters.  For employers, Ventura Rossi provides legal counseling regarding compliance with federal, state, and local employment law.  We also provide employers with appropriate and updated employment policies such as employee handbooks and proprietary information agreements.  We advise employers regarding best practices for hiring employees and provide assistance when employers need help with terminating employees in a lawful manner.  We also defend employers in court against claims brought by employees for wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and failure to pay wages.  We routinely provide employers with advice related to the following laws:

Ventura Rossi also represents employees.  For employees, we primarily represent individuals who are negotiating compensation or separation agreements with their employers.  We also represent employees in litigation.  This includes defending employees against claims of trade secret misappropriation and unfair competition.  In select cases, our firm also represents employees who have been wrongfully terminated or have been the subject of discrimination or harassment.
